What are the rental rates, and what's included?

The Fontenay offers three suite types, with rental rates that vary based on availability and floorplan:

  • One Bedroom / One Bathroom (~700 sq ft) — starting from the low $2,000s
  • Two Bedroom / One Bathroom (~800–900 sq ft) — starting from the mid $2,000s
  • Three Bedroom / Two Bathroom (~1,300 sq ft) — starting from the mid $3,000s

The Fontenay offers standard residential tenancies under Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act. Typical leases run for one year, after which they automatically convert to month-to-month. When is the building available for move-in?
